The Blackburn Technology Management Centre is owned and run by Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and therefore places much emphasis on supporting small companies as they are seen as a vehicle for economic growth and the generation of employment opportunities. The building is situated on ground level so there are no access problems and offices range in size from 129 sq ft to 876sq ft.
